What you need

  • One full packet of Bioclean (250 g)
  • Any bucket or container
  • Normal tap water (around 1–2 litres)
  • A toilet that is used daily

Nothing else is required.

How to use it

Step 1 - Take the Bioclean packet (250g)  and empty it into a bucket and add tap water (1-2l).

Step 2 -Mix it for a few seconds. It doesn’t have to dissolve perfectly.

Step 3 - Now pour this mixture into the toilet you use the most, and Flush once.

THAT’S IT!

The water carries the bacteria into the septic tank. Once there, it starts breaking down waste and sludge on its own. You don’t need to do anything after this.

How often should it be used?

Once a month.

Not weekly. Not randomly. Just once every month.

Many people use it on the same date each month so they don’t forget. If you skip months, the bacteria level drops, and problems slowly come back.

When should you use Bioclean?

  • If your septic tank is working fine → Use 1 full packet (250 g) once a month to maintain healthy bacterial activity.
  • If there is a bad smell or slow drainage → Use 1 full packet (250 g) once a month for 2–3 months, then continue monthly for maintenance.
  • After septic tank cleaning or pumping → Use Bioclean immediately after pumping, followed by 1 packet every month.
  • In a new house with a septic tank → Start with 1 full packet once a month from the beginning to build and maintain bacterial balance.

For severe cases (overflowing tank, complete blockage, or tanks not cleaned for many years):

  • Use Bioclean only after pumping or cleaning, never before
  • Month 1: 4 packets
  • Month 2: 2 packets
  • From Month 3 onwards: 1 packet per month for ongoing septic tank maintenance

This phased approach helps restore bacterial activity faster and keeps the system stable in the long run.

What changes will you notice?

In most cases, the bad smell starts reducing within a week or so.
For tanks that haven’t been maintained for years, it can take longer. Sometimes 2–3 months. That’s normal.

This is not an instant chemical solution. It works slowly but safely.

A few things to keep in mind

  • Always use the full packet
  • Avoid bleach and strong drain cleaners
  • Don’t pour it into a toilet that is rarely used
  • Regular use matters more than anything
